Dexter gets very excited as soon as he sees the van arrive on the drive, we let him out straight away to see Steve and check the van for treats. Dexter is very happy to be washed and groomed by Steve, as soon as Dexter is dried and the equipment is put away he will start his tap dance with the front paws and wait for his treats. My Mummy is Becky Webb, I am Missy Bell a very cute Bichon, I am 3 years old and love to be pampered.

Thank you Steve for grooming Missy, when she comes in from the grooming session she looks and smells great, your service ensures that even with my busy life of a working mum Missy is kept in the best of condition. We have tried a number of groomers with little success but with Dial A Dog Wash she is happier and enjoys your visits.

Congratulations to  Becky for keeping Missy well groomed between my visits, 12 weeks earlier we had to shave Missy because of poor work carried out by a grooming parlour and poor advice given to Becky.

Milo has a great temperament, we love keeping his coat long but like all busy Yorkies he can get himself very dirty, we spend time each day grooming Milo to care for his coat. Finding Dial A Dog Wash was great for us, we have set appointments each month, Milo has his coat trimmed to get his shape back and conditioning wash that helps his coat hang correctly with a beautiful shine. Although I am an Airdale I dont enjoy being clipped very much and i have always felt very nervous in a poodle parlour, I even got expelled once and my parents had a phone call to come and collect me (oops)

When i met Steve he took the time to get to know me, he even took me for a walk. Now I am much more relaxed and always get admiring looks when I have had my coat clipped.
